Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI) has completed its acquisition of Genting Hong Kong Ltd.'s remaining interests in Newport World Resorts and related companies.
AGI has finalized the acquisition of Genting Hong Kong Ltd.'s stake in Newport World Resorts, marking the end of their joint venture that started in 2009. The completion was announced in a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange, confirming that all conditions for the transaction had been met, and the shares were successfully transferred to Newport World Resorts Philippines Inc. (NWRPI).
