Churchill Downs Incorporated reported record second-quarter revenue and adjusted EBITDA on the back of another strong Kentucky Derby week and growth at its historical racing machine venues.

Churchill Downs Incorporated announced a 5% year-over-year increase in second-quarter net revenue, reaching a record $980 million. Additionally, adjusted EBITDA saw a 6% rise, fueled by the success of the Kentucky Derby and expansion at historical racing machine locations. The company also revealed plans to acquire full ownership of United Tote, a wagering technology provider.
