The Malta Gaming Authority's Annual Report and audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending Dec. 31, 2025, highlighted regulatory activities such as the issuance of 30 administrative penalties amounting to €162,520 ($185,611). Additionally, the Authority sent out 35 cease-and-desist letters and 22 warnings. During the year, one license was suspended, two were canceled, and an appeal was lodged.
