Russian police have arrested a 19-year-old resident of Kirov, accusing him of running an illegal gambling den in the public square outside the city’s main train station.

Transport police apprehended a teenager for setting up five electronic gaming terminals inside a building just meters away from the station’s main entrance. Law enforcement officers highlighted the illicit nature of the operation and the proximity to the busy transportation hub.

The young man now faces legal consequences for his involvement in the unauthorized gambling establishment, which was reportedly operating openly near the train station, according to authorities.
