Fertitta Entertainment has offered $17.6 billion to acquire Caesars Entertainment, with Stifel analysts deeming it unlikely for a higher bid to emerge.
According to Stifel experts, the potential for another entity to propose a higher bid than Fertitta Entertainment's $17.6 billion offer for Caesars Entertainment is slim. Steven Wieczynski, an analyst at Stifel, conveyed in a client report that the probability of a competing acquisition bid is low.
The analysis from Stifel suggests that, based on their assessment, the current offer from Fertitta Entertainment for Caesars Entertainment is unlikely to face a challenge from a competing bid offering a higher price.
