George Santos Settles $35,000 Fine with CFTC Over Kalshi Probe
Former Congressman George Santos agreed to a fine of more than $35,000 to settle allegations that he illegally profited from gaming a Kalshi market on his attendance at the State of the Union this year, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced Friday.
